Existing Patients, when you call our office for an appointment, briefly explain your eye problem to the receptionist so that the proper amount of time can be allotted for your appointment. Also, please tell the receptionist if you will require any special help for your visit.
If rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, please try to give us as much notice as possible to open the space for another patient. There is no charge for cancellations.
COVID-19 Policies
Masks are required at all times in St. Luke’s Hospital. Masks must cover nose and mouth. All patients and companions will be stopped at the entrance of the hospital for a temperature check and COVID questionnaire. It is preferred that patients come into the building alone. If needed, one companion can come with the patient up to the office. It may be required for the companion to sit in the hallway due to limited seating.
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy. They will send us a request electronically.

This number is intended for calling in regard to emergent needs such as severe eye pain, vision loss, and post-operative care. All other calls need to be made during normal business hours.
